Gary moved to Boulder in the summer of 1976 from Phoenix, AZ. Within a short time it was clear that Colorado was home. After spending 6 years on the "Western Slope" of the state Gary returned to Boulder. He has been actively involved in the real estate brokerage business in Boulder and the Boulder County area since 1984. Specializing in residential properties of all price ranges and locations, Gary prides himself on one-on-one customer service and has been consistently ranked in the top 1%-5% of the nation in production and sales since 1987. His motto of "Committed to Your Success" stands out in his way of doing business.
Gary holds the CRS, Certified Residential Specialist designation as well as the SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Gary is also the founder of the Seniors Resource Group, an advocacy group of like minded professionals dedicated to the fair and ethical business practices as it pertains to our senior citizens.
He has 2 daughters, Kristin and Kelly. Kristin is a student at CU at Boulder and Kelly is at Fairview High.
Gary is an avid fly fisherman, enjoys golf, hiking, skiing and cooking as well as all kinds of outdoor activities. He is truly a Westerner.
